Machinery - Equipment:

Having excellent tools is a key component enabling us to excel in garment manufacturing. Our philosophy, from the start, has always been to invest in our infrastructure and capabilities. Today, our garment dye facility is the state of the art. We are able to match your colors either from fabric swatch or by Pantone Number. Our dye facility can be used for either knit or woven cotton fabrics.

Our quilting department is unique because there is no machine quilting available anywhere else in Western Canada. We quilt White Goose Down jackets as well as synthetic down insulation like Primaloft.

Computer Assisted Design or CAD allows us to manufacture garments to very high tolerances according to your specifications. Just as important, having CAD is crucial in ensuring consistency and repeatibility.

To produced underwear, moisture-wicking thermal underlayer or bicycle wear, we have invested in the finest in flatseam sewing.

Lastly, our outerwear department is capable of producing very technical mountainwear using waterproof and breatheable fabrics like 3 or 2 ply Sympatex. Our seam-sealing / taping machinery enables the seams to be leak-proofed. Our seam-tester device ensures quality of the seams and its waterproofness.
