When we make your production, we pay strict attention to quality, delivery and price. We are able to handle from very small to large production runs. Quality starts with our pattern-makers. Our in-house pattern making, grading and marker department is equipped with computerized digitizing equipment and the lastest pattern-making software. Next, the work then flows to our sample making department where samples are made to your specifications. We are able to make for your tradeshow and salesmen samples in a very short period of time from date of order. One of our strengths is that we do stock a wide variety of fabrics that is made available to our customers (fabrics)..

We offer capabilities that are unmatched elsewhere. We can do embroidery, quilting, down blowing (to make goose down clothing), synthetic insulation (eg. Primaloft), garment dye and wash, color matching services and seam-taping/sealing (waterproof nylon rainwear). Other services that we offer includes wharehousing, packaging and drop-shipping.

The type of fabrics that we stock are denim, waterproof fabrics (Sympatex, Ultrex), sweatshirt fleece, tee shirt jerseys, stripe jerseys, rugby jerseys, downproof soft plain tafettas, downproof soft ripstops, workwear fabrics (65 cotton / 35 poly), 60/40 cotton/nylon, Cordura, berber/pile fleece, Polartec fabrics like Powerdry, Powershield, Windbloc, Windpro and others. If we do not stock the particular fabric that you need, we will source it.

Our History

This year, we will be celebrating our 16th business anniversary. We started in the crazy days of World Exposition 86' that was held in Vancouver. From our very humble beginnings (at the back of our old store) to this day, we have always invested in people and better tools. Making great garments is our handicraft and we can take pride when consumers out there wear our products. Today, our goods are exported to the United States and Japan.
